And why, today I'm blur kock. I'd always did extra things.
I'd just had my PM lectures finished, I dint know I'd just need to do until just the scope part of TOR, i eventually wanting to finish everything in the activity!! My goodness.
Today, Mr Tan had taught us TOR and had practices for it. I got to admit that our presentation skill, got to improve more. Hmm, was so messy when comes to presentation however whatever we've presented was correct!((:
I liked the practicals, cause they really made me understand much more better of TERMS OF REFERENCE instead of just lectures. I learnt that, the term of reference is important as you made decisions to work out on the project itself. It was also a point that you have to organize everything together, what you want to do for your project, what you intend to achieve, the resources that you will need, the anticipated problems (risks) you may encounter and your plan to overcome them and work schedule of the project. There are several sections in the TOR which is mentioned in the lecture slides, however i felt that there are 2 major sections which weights more than the others.
One is the objectives of the project, what you want to achieve for the project, and express them in terms of activities that need to be carried out in the project, in order to meet the requirements.
Second is the scope of project, Defining the boundary of work to be undertaken in the project.
Describing the features and functions of the system to be developed. Listing the areas of the work to be excluded. This 2 sections gives very big responsibility to the project, therefore i think that it plays a heavy part in the project. Without the objective you 'll have no purpose on the project, and also without scope the range of the project you want to do ranges a wide range then.
while doing the TOR of the day, met difficulties such as to outsource to let other company deal with the project or should i do the project in house. And also what process is needed to do the system, what type of constraint were met while doing TOR. All these stayed close while doing the practicals, and also think of the what boundary should be placed for the project so that it'll meet the requirements.
The assignments are coming by, i hope it'll be good and just like my practicals. I hope that before the assignments i can learn what's my mistakes in the TOR practicals before i do assignment. It's crucial, why yes.
After PM lectures, had stayed in dormitory for short while but then had went out to meet Meiyue's friends, its the local students. They brought us to eat dumpling, i could say the meat was so different, better more juicy. ((: Met the guys there, looks like someone is in love.hahas, names not to be mentioned.((:
anyways, it was great to interact with the local students. They really know so much overall it was their home land we're stepping onto. The girls and i even invited them to our dormitory for a sit, they said our rooms were big and comfy. hahas. ((: I guessed, Singaporeans just gets so comfy with life dint they and even here we can't endure a bit of the weather, food and naturally complaint. Too pampered i would say, we're just having too good life. That's their differnce from us, they are used to taking hardships at least. We are just kids who happen to be so fortunate.
okayy, it's bed time. And god bless the world.<33

This was what i got from bingrong's blog, was from his friend, i find it rater interesting.
